How to Login

In this article, you will learn how to login to your Logmaster HV Driver App.

1. On the Home Screen of your device, find and tap the Logmaster HV icon.
   
   
2. You will be directed to the Logmaster HV login screen.
3. In the Username / E-mail field, enter your Logmaster HV username or the email address that you used when you registered for an account.
   
   
4. In the Password field, enter your password.
5. After entering your credentials, tap the SIGN IN button.
   
   
   1. Note: if you forgot your password, tap the Forgot Password? Link.

After successfully signing in to your account, you will be directed to the Dashboard screen. On this screen you will find the following:

• Driver’s Name
• Driver’s Licence
• WORK button to start working

Retrieving Lost Password #

In this section, you will learn how to retrieve your lost password. If you cannot sign in to your account because of a forgotten password, use the  Forgot Password? link and follow the prompts.

1. On the Home Screen of your device, find and tap the Logmaster HV icon.
2. You will be directed to the Logmaster HV login screen.
3. Tap the Forgot Password? link. You will be directed to the Forgot Password screen.
4. In the E-mail field, enter the email address that you used when you created this account. Ensure to provide the correct email as you will receive the link to change your password in this email address.
5. Tap the SEND button to proceed.
