How to View your Profile

Starting your Shift #

In this section, you will learn how to start working or starting your shift. After successfully logging in to your account, you will be directed to the Dashboard.

1. Ensure that you are already logged in to your Logmaster HV Driver App.
2. On the Dashboard, tap the WORK button.
   
3. You will be directed to the Start Activity – Work’s Location screen. By default, the system will automatically detect your location. Review the location details, if the generated information is incorrect, update the following fields:
   
   
   • Street Number
   • Street Name
   • Suburb/City
   • State
   • Post Code
4. Tap the NEXT PAGE button to continue to the next step.
   
   
5. You will be directed to the Other information screen. Specify the following information:
   
   
   • Odometer (in km): enter the vehicle’s current Odometer value.
   • Work and Rest Option: tap the drop-down arrow to select the appropriate option:
     • Standard
     • BFM
     • Exemption
   • Time: by default, the system will automatically detect the time. If you need to update the time, tap the Time field and select the correct time.
   • Number Plate: tap the drop-down arrow to select the vehicle’s plate number.
   • Comments: enter a brief comment or note in this field. This is a required field and must be filled in before proceeding.
6. Tap the CONFIRM button to proceed.
   
   You will be directed to the Driving/Working mode screen that displays the Major rest break in and 24 Hour Major rest break in counters.
   

Taking a Break #

In this section, you will learn how to temporarily pause the work time while you are on a break. This option only appears when you are already started working.

1. While on the Driving/Working mode screen, tap the REST button.
   
   
2. You will be directed to the Start Activity – Rest’s Location screen. By default, the system will automatically detect your location. Review the location details, if the generated information is incorrect, update the following fields:
   
   
   • Street Number
   • Street Name
   • Suburb/City
   • State
   • Post Code
3. Tap the NEXT PAGE button to continue to the next step.
   
   
4. You will be directed to the Other information screen. Specify the following information:
   
   
   • Odometer (in km): enter the vehicle’s current Odometer value.
   • Work and Rest Option: tap the drop-down arrow to select the appropriate option:
     • Standard
     • BFM
     • Exemption
   • Time: by default, the system will automatically detect the time. If you need to update the time, tap the Time field and select the correct time.
   • Number Plate: tap the drop-down arrow to select the vehicle’s plate number.
   • Comments: enter a brief comment or note in this field. This is a required field and must be filled in before proceeding.
5. Tap the CONFIRM button to proceed. You will be directed to the Rest Time screen.
   
   

Resume Work / Going Back to the Work Mode Screen #

1. While on the Stationary Rest Time mode screen, tap the WORK button.
   
   
2. You will be directed to the Start Activity – Work’s Location screen. By default, the system will automatically detect your location. Review the location details, if the generated information is incorrect, update the following fields:
   
   
   • Street Number
   • Street Name
   • Suburb/City
   • State
   • Post Code
3. Tap the NEXT PAGE button to continue to the next step.
   
   
4. You will be directed to the Other information screen. Specify the following information:
   
   
   • Odometer (in km): enter the vehicle’s current Odometer value.

Ending your Shift #

In this section, you will learn how to end your current shift.

1. While on the Driving/Working mode screen, tap the END SHIFT button.
   
   
2. You will be directed to the End Shift’s Location screen. By default, the system will automatically detect your location. Review the location details, if the generated information is incorrect, update the following fields:
   
   
   • Street Number
   • Street Name
   • Suburb/City
   • State
   • Post Code
3. Tap the NEXT PAGE button to continue to the next step.
   
   
4. You will be directed to the Other information screen. Specify the following information:
   
   
   • Odometer (in km): enter the vehicle’s current Odometer value.
