Vehicles

In this article, you will learn how to manage vehicles added to the Logmaster HV system. The sections in this article focuses on the following operations:

• Adding Vehicle
• Editing Vehicle Details
• Add/Upload Vehicle Registration Documents
• Add/Upload Vehicle Photo

Add Vehicle #

In this section, you will learn how to add new vehicles to your Logmaster HV account.

1. On the Menu, click Vehicles to open the Vehicles tab.
   
2. Find and click the +Add Vehicle button.
   
3. The Add New Vehicle window will appear. Specify the vehicle information:
   
   • Number Plate: enter the vehicle number plate.
   • Date of Expiry: click the Calendar icon to add the expiration date.
   • VIN Number: enter the vehicle’s VIN number.
   • Brand: enter the brand of the vehicle.
   • Model: enter the model of the vehicle.
   • Colour: enter the colour of the vehicle.
   • Year of manufacture: enter the vehicle’s manufacturing year.
4. To upload the vehicle’s registration document, find the Registration Document field and click the Choose File button and select the registration document file.
   
5. To upload the vehicle’s photo, find the Vehicle Photo field and click the Choose File button and select the vehicle photo.
6. After specifying the vehicle information, click the Save Changes button.
   

Edit Vehicle #

In this section, you will learn how to edit/update existing vehicle information.

1. On the Menu, click Vehicles to open the Vehicles tab.
   
2. Find the vehicle that you want to update from the list and click its Edit button.
   
3. The Edit Vehicle window will appear. Update all necessary information.
   
4. After updating the vehicle information, click the Save Changes button to apply all the changes.
   

Add/Upload Registration Documents

In this section, you will learn how to add or upload vehicle registration documents.

1. On the Menu, click Vehicles to open the Vehicles tab.
   
2. Find the vehicle that you want to update from the list and click its Edit button.
   
3. The Edit Vehicle window will appear. Find the Registration Document field and click its Choose File button.
   
4. The File Location window will appear. Find and select the vehicle registration document.
   
5. Click Open to upload the document.
6. Click the Save Changes button to apply the changes.
   

Add/Upload Vehicle Photo #

In this section, you will learn how to

1. On the Menu, click Vehicles to open the Vehicles tab.
   
2. Find the vehicle that you want to update from the list and click its Edit button.
   
3. The Edit Vehicle window will appear. Find the Vehicle Photo field and click its Choose File button.
   
4. The File Location window will appear. Find and select the vehicle photo.
   
5. Click Open to upload the photo.
6. Click the Save Changes button to apply the changes.
   

Drivers #

Add New Drivers #

1. On the Menu, click Drivers to open the Drivers tab.
   
2. Find and click the +Add new button.
   
3. The Add New Driver window will appear. Specify the driver information:
   
   • First Name: enter the driver’s first name.
   • Last Name: enter the driver’s last name.
   • Date of birth: click the Calendar icon to specify the driver’s date of birth.
   • Email: enter the driver’s email address.
   • License Number: enter the driver’s license number.
   • License Expiry: click the Calendar icon to specify the driver’s license expiration date.
   • State: click the drop-down arrow to select the state where the driver is located.
4. After specifying the driver’s information, click Save Changes.
   

Edit Driver Details #

In this article, you will learn how to edit/update driver information.

1. On the Menu, click Drivers to open the Drivers tab.
   
2. Find the driver that you want to update from the list and click its Edit button.
   
3. The Edit Driver window will appear. Update all necessary information. In this example, we updated the Email address field.
   
4. After updating the driver information, click the Save Changes button to apply all the changes.
   

Send Driver Invites #

1. On the Menu, click Drivers to open the Drivers tab.
   
2. Find the driver that you want to update from the list and click its Invite button.
   
3. The Confirm Driver Invite window will appear. By default, the Email field generates the driver’s email address. If there is a need to update or change the email address, simply replace the indicated email address.
   
4. To add a brief message to the driver, enter the message/note in the Message field.
5. Click the Send Invite button to send the driver invitation.
   

Resend Invites #

1. On the Menu, click Drivers to open the Driver tab
   
   
2. Find the driver that you want to update from the list and click its ReInvite button.
   
3. The Confirm Driver Invite window will appear. By default, the Email field generates the driver’s email address. If there is a need to update or change the email address, simply replace the indicated email address.
   
4. To add a brief message to the driver, enter the message/note in the Message field.
5. Click the Send Invite button to send the driver invitation.
   

View Sent Invites #

1. On the Menu, click Drivers to open the Drivers tab.
   
2. On the Drivers page, click the Invitations tab to access the Invitations list.
   
3. This tab displays the list of invited drivers along with the driver’s basic information such as:
   
   • Full Name
   • License Number
   • Email
   • Additional Message
