Submitting Incident Report

In this article, you will learn how to submit incident reports. This option enables you to capture and report incidents. Using your mobile phone’s camera, you can take a photo of the incident and add a note or description describing what happened. 

  1. Ensure that you are already logged in to your Logmaster HV Driver App.
  2. Tap on the Menu icon and select Incident Report.

  3. You will be directed to the Incident Report screen. By default, the Location and the Date fields are locked and will automatically detect the incident date and location.

  4. Specify the following incident information:
  5. Tap the USE CAMERA button to take a photo of the incident.

  6. Point your camera to the incident and tap the Capture icon. 

  7. After capturing the photo of the incident, tap the Check icon to use the captured photo.

    • Note: you can tap the X icon to cancel and go back to the Report Incident screen or tap the Back icon to change the photo and capture it again.
  8. Tap the Declare checkbox to acknowledge your incident declaration.

  9. Tap the SUBMIT button to proceed. 
  10. A Confirmation dialog box will appear notifying you that the incident report has been submitted. Tap OKAY to close the dialog box.
